At Hauzzia, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and fair return conditions in accordance with UK consumer protection standards.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

The 14-day period begins from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
